Since ancient times, the camellia has been considered a sacred tree, believed to have the power of longevity and protection against evil. The camellia pattern, which is based on the camellia, is an auspicious design that also has the meaning of continuity and development.
It is available in three colors: black, vermilion and tame(Translucent lacquer on red).

"Maki-e" is a unique Japanese decoration method in which patterns are drawn in lacquer, sprinkled with gold or silver powder, and polished. The luster of fine lacquer and gold or silver powder is a small art for the dining table.
