【色・柄について】

ひとつひとつ職人による手作業により作られておりますので、製造時期によっては実物と画像で多少異なる場合がございます。

木の樹液である漆は生きている塗料ともいわれ、塗り上がった後も呼吸をし変化をします。特に「※溜塗」の製品は、時間の経過ともに色が明るく（赤く）なっていくのが特徴で、変化も漆の魅力の一つと思っていただければ幸いです。

※溜塗とは、朱塗りの上に透き漆（透明度の高い漆）を塗る技法です。

【外箱・ギフトラッピングについて】

お箸・蒔絵ボールペンは桐箱に入れ、包装紙で包んでお届けいたします。 

お箸の桐箱は１膳入り、２膳入り、５膳入りの３種類をご用意しております。通常は１膳入りの桐箱でお届けいたしますが、複数膳をご注文の際にご指定がありましたらカートの備考欄にご記入ください。また桐箱がご不要な方は備考欄にてご指定くださいませ。1膳ずつPP袋に入れ、破損がないように梱包し発送いたします。

※紙製の箸箱はご用意ございません。

その他の商品は当社ロゴ入りの化粧箱（紙箱）にてご用意しております。通常は１客入りの箱ですが、ご希望の場合は２客セット用の化粧箱（紙箱）もございます。カートの備考欄にご記入いただくか、当ショップまでお問い合わせください。

特別価格品などの箱が付属しない商品がございます。箱が付属しないものは商品説明欄に記載しておりますのでご確認ください。また、紙箱がご不要の場合は備考欄にご記入ください。簡易包装で破損がないようお届けいたします。

ギフト用リボンラッピング、のし紙包装は商品購入ページよりお選びいただけます。

お箸のギフトラッピングをご利用される場合には、備考欄に１膳入り、２膳入り、５膳入りのご指定をお願いいたします。(例：乾漆箸の黒と乾漆箸の朱をセットで2膳入りの箱にして欲しい。　例：沈金箸の稲穂朱は１膳入りの箱、本漆塗りの黒と朱はセットで2膳入りの箱に入れて欲しい。など)

ご指定がない場合には、すべて1膳入りの箱でギフト包装のご用意をさせていただきます。

【在庫について】

実店舗・他お箸専門店様と在庫を併用しておりますので、購入の際「在庫あり」になっていても直前で在庫が売り切れている場合がございます。在庫切れの場合、メールかお電話にてご連絡させていただきますので何卒ご了承くださいませ。

【特別価格商品および福袋について】

特別価格品は中古品ではなく、行商の見本品として活躍してきたものや、展示品として飾られていたもの、製作の試作品、震災で助け出されたもの…などでございますため、特別価格で販売しております。見本品、試作品、展示品としての役割を終えたこれらの品々に、漆器本来の用途である、食事を楽しむ・空間を彩る・安らぎをはこぶ..といった務めを与えていただければ幸いです。また、特別価格商品・福袋は紙箱が付属しません。布に包み、破損がないよう梱包し発送させていただきます。

新品ではございますが、展示品・見本品のため擦り傷などがある場合もございます。普段使いの器として使用するには問題ございませんが、ご了承のうえご購入ください。販売点数には限りがございます。なくなり次第終了となりますので、お品切れの場合はご容赦ください。

【発送時期について】

入金確認・在庫確保ができしだい発送いたします。在庫のある商品は、通常3営業日以内に発送いたします。当日午前中までのご注文で当日午後の出荷となりますが、天候や天災によりお届けに遅れが生じる場合が場合がございますことをご了承の上、ご注文ください。お急ぎの場合やご希望の日付・時間指定などありましたら、備考欄にご記入ください。

通常はヤマト運輸および佐川急便にて配送しておりますが、地域・時期によって日本郵便による配送になる場合がございます。

【About colors and patterns】

The actual product may differ slightly from the image. Lacquer, Which is the sap of trees, is also known as living paint, and continues to breathe and change even after it is applied. *Tame-nuri, in particular, is characterized by the brightening of color over time. We are happy if you consider the change in color as one of the charms of lacquer. Each pattern is hand-painted by craftsmen. Therefore, please note that there may be differences between the actual product and the image.

*Tame-nuri is a technique of applying translucent lacquer over vermilion lacquer.

【About the outer box and gift wrapping】

Chopsticks are delivered in a paulownia wood box and wrapped in wrapping paper. There are three types of paulownia boxes: 1-set, 2-set, and 5-set. Normally, the set is delivered in a paulownia wood box containing one set, but if you specify otherwise when ordering more than one set, please enter it in the remarks column. The bowls(Wan) are delivered in a paper box with our logo. Gift wrapping is also available. We will wrap it with  silver ribbon over wrapping paper. Wrapping options can be selected from the product page. If you wish to gift wrap the chopsticks, please specify 1, 2 or 5 sets in the remarks column on the order page.

【About specially priced products】

The specially priced items are not used items, but new items that have been used as samples for peddlers or displayed as exhibits, and are therefore sold at special prices. We hope that these items, which are no longer used as samples or exhibits, will serve their original purposes of enjoying food, decorating space, and bringing peace of mind. We would be happy if you could give them the role they were originally intended for: to enjoy a meal, to decorate a space, or to bring comfort. This product does not come with a paper box. We will wrap it in cloth and pack it so that it will not be damaged. This product is not eligible for coupons or sales. Although this is a new item, it may have some scuffs and scratches as it is a display or sample item. Please note that there is no problem to use them as daily-use vessels, but please understand that before purchasing.

【About Inventory】

Please note that our stores and online store share inventory, so even if an item is in stock at the time of purchase, it may be sold out at the last minute. If the chopsticks are out of stock, we can usually deliver them with a production time of about 2 weeks to 1 month. For bowls(wan), it depends on the availability at the time of order. In both cases, we will contact you by e-mail or phone if we are out of stock.

【About shipping time】

We will ship as soon as payment is received and inventory is secured. If you are in hurry or have a preferred date and time, please enter it in the remarks box on the order screen.

【About Repair】

We do not offer repair services for chopsticks. However, if a defect occurs immediately after purchase, we will replace the product after checking the item. Vessels other than chopsticks can be repaired for a fee, depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us for a quote.
